Synopsis:
In the
new psychological horror-thriller from Tate Taylor and Blumhouse – A lonely
woman named Sue Ann played by Oscar winner Octavia Spencer,
befriends a group of teenagers by letting them party at her home. The only
restriction is a set of rules given to the group; as the night progresses
things start happening that make them question the intention of their host and
the consequences of Breaking MA’s Rules.
Ma is directed by Tate Taylor from a screenplay penned by Scotty Landes. ; The film stars Diana Silvers (Glass, Eve) as Maggie, Juliette Lewis (August: Osage County) as Maggie’s mom, Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast) as a local dad, Missi Pyle (Director’s Cut) as his girlfriend, and McKaley Miller (TV’s Hart of Dixie), Corey Fogelmanis (TV’s Girl Meets World), Gianni Paolo (TV’s Power) and Dante Brown (Lethal Weapon TV series) as Maggie’s friends.
